Stuffed Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup of diced ham
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and wait until it melts.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until the bottom of the eggs is set.
  4. Add the cheese, ham, onions, and tomatoes on top of one side of the egg.
  5. Using a spatula, fold the other side of the egg over the stuffing ingredients and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the egg is fully cooked.
  6. Remove the omelette from the skillet and serve hot.
