Stuffed Sea Bream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole sea bream, gutted and scaled
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup of pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, red pepper, and pine nuts. Cook until the onion is translucent and the pine nuts are lightly toasted.
  4. Add the white wine and cook until the liquid has mostly evaporated.
  5. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the breadcrumbs and parsley.
  6. Season the inside of the sea bream with salt and pepper and stuff it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Place the sea bream in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
