Stuffed Squid with Blueberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 large squid
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup blueberries

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.

- Remove the squid from the oven and serve hot with the blueberry sauce on the side.
