Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of noodles (spaghetti, linguine or any egg-based noodle)
  • 8 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp of salt

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large pot with 8 cups of water.
  2. Place the pot on the stove over high heat until the water comes to a boil.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of salt to the water.
  4. Add the noodles to the water, making sure to stir them so they don’t stick together.
  5. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, usually between 8-10 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  7. Transfer the cooked noodles to a plate and serve immediately.
