Ingredients:

  • 4 swordfish steaks, 6 oz. each
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 medium onions, sliced into rings
  • 1 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Rinse the swordfish steaks and pat them dry with paper towels.
