Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 lb. fresh cockles, scrubbed and rinsed with cold water
  • 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tagliatelle pasta for about 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water for the sauce.
