Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. of tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 head of radicchio, chopped
  • 6 oz. of speck, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
