Ingredients:

  1. 1 large brown crab, cooked and cleaned
  2. For the first sauce:
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 red chili, minced
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

    • 1 tablespoon honey

  4. For the third sauce:
    • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Remove the claws and legs from the crab and set aside.
  2. Cut the body of the crab in half and clean out the gills and internal organs.
  3. Split the body and claws in half again.
