Summer Seafood Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of pasta of your choice (spaghetti or linguine would work well)
- 1 lb of mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and calamari)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
