Tiramisu Truffles Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of finely crushed ladyfingers
- ¾ cup of mascarpone cheese
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of strong brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips, melted
- Cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, coffee, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Using your hands, roll mixture into 1-inch truffles. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
