Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 lb. Reblochon cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
