Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 willow tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
