Vegetarian Pizza – Delight Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ready-made pizza crust
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 small yellow squash, sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the sauce on top of the crust evenly.
  4. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the sliced vegetables, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  6. Spoon the vegetable mixture on top of the cheese, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the crust is crisp and golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
