Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  6. Remove from the freezer and lift the parchment paper to remove the yogurt from the dish. Cut the yogurt into squares or desired shapes.
