Zander Fillet Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Zander fillets (150g each)
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 2 Cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 Cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup of white wine
  • 1 Tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp of honey
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180.C.
