Brick Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 225g Graham crackers
- 170g unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a large bowl, crumble up the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
- Melt the butter in a microwave or on a stove top and add it to the graham cracker crumbs
- Mix the butter and graham crackers together until it forms a thick paste that sticks together.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a well-greased loaf pan, making sure the layer is even.

- Pour the remaining Nutella mixture on top of the chopped nuts, making sure it is evenly spread.
- Finish it off with a layer of chopped nuts on top of the Nutella layer.
- Cover the loaf pan and allow the cake to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once the cake is well set, remove it from the pan and slice into portions.
