Ingredients:

  • 4 zander fillets
  • 1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (28ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
