Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded zucchini, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, salt and pepper, and mix well.
