Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond meal, sugar, egg whites, almond extract, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls and space them out on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden and firm to the touch. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before dusting with powdered sugar.
