Apple and Caramel Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramels, unwrapped and chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C. Grease a muffin tin.

  6. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.

  8. Cool in the pan for 2-3 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
