Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized apples, peeled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

Instructions

Apple Compote

  1. In a saucepan, mix together the chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon, and water.
  2. Cook over medium heat until the apples are soft and the liquid has thickened, stirring occasionally. This should take about 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.

Pastry Triangles

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet onto a floured surface.
  3. Cut the sheet into 8 equal-sized triangles.
