  4. Add the lemon juice and continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes, until the mixture reaches a jam-like consistency
  5. Remove the cinnamon stick and transfer the jam to a clean, air-tight jar. Allow it to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
  6. Enjoy on toast, croissants, or as a topping for pancakes or yogurt.
