Apple Pear Crumble: Gluten-Free Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 cups of thinly sliced apples
- 4 cups of thinly sliced pears
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of melted butter or coconut oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free oats, almond flour, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another mixing bowl, mix together the apples, pears, brown sugar, and melted butter or coconut oil. Then, pour the fruit mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly on top of the fruit mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
