Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.

  11. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
  12. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
  13. Serve hot with maple syrup on top.
