Apricot and Sliced Almond Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan, making sure to go up the sides of the pan at least 1 inch.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and fully set.
