Apricot and Sliced Almond Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions:

- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Remove the side of the springform pan before serving.
