Apricot Cheesecakes and Oat Crumble

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz) at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
