Ingredients:
- 10 scallops
- 1/2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice wine
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 10 wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil

Instructions:
- Clean and rinse the scallops. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Season them with salt, pepper, and ginger. Set aside.
