Avocado and Chocolate Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half, lengthwise and remove the pit.
  2. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add cocoa powder, honey, milk, and vanilla extract into the blender or food processor.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks into each mold.
  6. Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid.
  7. Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from the molds and serve immediately.
