Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Once the cookies have cooled, pair them up by size and shape, then spread a small amount of melted chocolate onto the flat side of one cookie and sandwich it together with the flat side of the other cookie.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
