Bagels with Raw Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 bagels
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°C).
- Cut the bagels in half and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
