Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°C).
  2. Cut the bagels in half and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
