Verdict and Serving Suggestions:

Baghrirs are a delicious twist on the traditional pancakes. The unique feature of this recipe is the “thousand holes” that form on the surface of the pancake. This is due to the use of yeast in the batter. The yeast helps to create air pockets that give the pancake its characteristic texture. Baghrirs are typically served with honey, butter, or maple syrup. They also go well with a cup of Moroccan mint tea. Enjoy!
