Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of large prawns, deveined with shells on
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
