Banoffee Tartlets Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust, cut into 12 tartlet shells
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place tartlet shells in a muffin tin and bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool.

  8. Sprinkle chocolate shavings or cocoa powder on top for garnish (optional).
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
