Bar Ceviche Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fresh white fish (such as sea bass or snapper), skin removed and diced into small pieces
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1 red pepper, finely diced
- 1 yellow pepper, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the diced fish, red onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, jalapeno pepper (if using), garlic, and cilantro.
- Add the lime juice and olive oil and stir everything together until the fish is well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
