Knödel Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 200g flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Preparation:
- Peel and boil the potatoes until soft.
- Mash the potatoes using a potato masher or a ricer.
