Beet Salad with Goat Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium beets, washed and peeled
  • 4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
