Belons and Passion Fruit Jelly Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh Belon oysters
  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder

Instructions:

  1. Shuck the oysters and reserve the liquid in a bowl. Set the oysters aside on a plate.
  2. In a small saucepan, mix the passion fruit pulp, water, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and stir in the gelatin powder.

  7. To serve, unmold the jelly and serve chilled with the remaining oysters.
