  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Crushed graham crackers (1 cup)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Puree the mixed berries in a food processor or blender. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract together until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Take 1 cup of the whipped mixture and gently fold it into the pureed berries.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into a loaf pan and spread it evenly. Freeze the pan for one hour.
  5. Meanwhile, mix the crushed graham crackers, butter, and salt in a bowl until it’s well combined. Set aside.
  6. After the berry layer has set for one hour, remove the pan from the freezer and spread the graham cracker mixture over it. Press it down gently with a spoon or spatula.
  7. Pour the remaining whipped mixture over the graham cracker layer and spread it evenly. Freeze the pan for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. To serve, take the pan out of the freezer and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting into bars. Serve with fresh berries and whipped cream.
