Black and White Tart Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and sugar. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, cut butter into the mixture until it forms coarse crumbs.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolk and heavy cream. Add this to the flour mixture and work it in with your hands until the dough comes together.
- Form the dough into a disc, wrap it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

- Bake the tart for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set. Let cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.
