Blueberry Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
- Stir in the flour until just incorporated.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
