Blueberry Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the flour until just incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Serving Suggestions
