Blueberry Cake – Treat

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  9. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on the wire rack.
