Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
