Brie Soufflé

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup brie cheese, rind removed and chopped
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Melt the butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
