Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 large broccoli head, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the broccoli and garlic in the olive oil for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Set aside.
