Bruschetta with Grilled Goat Cheese, Green Beans and Nectarines Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced diagonally
  • 6 oz goat cheese, cut into 6 slices
  • 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 nectarines, pitted and sliced into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
