Bruschetta with Mushrooms and Grana Padano PDO

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of ciabatta bread
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of Grana Padano PDO cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
