Bruschetta with Mushrooms and Grana Padano PDO
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of ciabatta bread
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of Grana Padano PDO cheese, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
