Burgundy – Regal Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs. beef (cut into thin cubes)
  • 2 cups burgundy wine
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 10-12 pearl onions (peeled)

  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

Instructions:
