Caramel-filled Easter chocolates – (3 steps – 30 min)


Caramel-filled Easter chocolates

Ingredients:

  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 100g caramel
  • 12 small Easter chocolate molds

Instructions:

  1. Melt the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  2. Using a pastry brush, coat the insides of the Easter chocolate molds with the melted milk chocolate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  3. Add a small dollop of caramel into each mold. Melt the white chocolate and spoon it on top of the caramel to fill the molds completely.
  4. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes to set. Gently remove the Easter chocolates from the molds and serve.
