Caramel-filled Easter chocolates
Ingredients:
- 100g milk chocolate
- 100g white chocolate
- 100g caramel
- 12 small Easter chocolate molds
Instructions:
- Melt the milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
- Using a pastry brush, coat the insides of the Easter chocolate molds with the melted milk chocolate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
- Add a small dollop of caramel into each mold. Melt the white chocolate and spoon it on top of the caramel to fill the molds completely.
- Refrigerate for another 10 minutes to set. Gently remove the Easter chocolates from the molds and serve.
