Cashew Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and chicken broth. Set aside.
- Heat up a wok or a large skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
- Add chicken, and stir constantly until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

- Add cooked chicken back to the wok. Pour in the sauce and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cashews and give it a quick stir. Remove from heat.
