Cat’s Tongues Recipe
These delicate, flat cookies are shaped like a cat’s tongue and are perfect for serving with tea or coffee. This recipe makes approximately 20 cookies.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
